In the case of a cancellation all services booked through our website fall under following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by customer

• 30+ days before tour date: 100% refund
• 14-30 days before tour date: 75% refund
• 7-14 days before tour date: 50% refund
• 3-7 days before tour date: 25% refund
• 0-3 days before tour date: no refund

Cancellation by provider (Experience Hamburg Tours)

• 100% reimbursement regardless of when cancellation occurs

*We promise to deal with all reimbursments within a 72 hour period.
